  • Storage & Media: WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES – To save/upload files, homework, and images.
  • Camera: CAMERA – To capture profile pictures, assignment images, or scan documents.
  • Microphone & Audio: RECORD_AUDIO, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS, FOREGROUND_SERVICE – To enable live online classes, voice communication, and interactive classroom features.
  • Location: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION – For GPS-based attendance and location features.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

7. Children’s Privacy

SmartSchoolBangla is a school management and educational application used by students, teachers, and administrators. This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13 without proper supervision. For users under the age of 13, account creation and data collection are managed under the supervision of educational institutions, schools, or parents/guardians. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent. If you believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us at baburamsikdar18@gmail.com so we can delete it immediately.

We take data protection seriously. Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are implemented to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
